Chelsea Reome-Nedlik has a diverse work experience. Chelsea began their career at Binghamton University Educational Opportunity Program in 2011 as a tutor, working there until 2013. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Scheduling Supervisor at Binghamton University Undergraduate Admissions, Tour Guide Program. After that, they joined United Way of Broome County as a Healthy Lifestyles Assistant from 2013 to 2014. Chelsea then became a Research Assistant at Binghamton University Department of Public Administration from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they joined Broome County Health Department, where they have held multiple roles. Chelsea started in 2016 as a Health Program Specialist, then became a Public Health Representative from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Chelsea serves as a Public Health Educator, and since 2023, they have been promoted to Supervising Public Health Educator.

Chelsea Reome-Nedlik completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University in the years 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Binghamton University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their higher education, Chelsea attended Cincinnatus Junior-Senior High School, but their specific field of study and any degree obtained at this institution are unknown.
