Colleen Bullock

Colleen Bullock serves as a School Counselor at Broome-Tioga BOCES, supporting students in the P-TECH program since October 2025. In addition, Colleen is a Planning Board Member for the Town of Union, participating in monthly meetings to evaluate site plans and permits since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Le Moyne College, where responsibilities involved managing a $2.075 million grant for a rural training program in behavioral health, and as a Care Manager II at Hillside Family of Agencies, providing services to Medicaid-eligible youth. Colleen also has a background in education, having worked as a School Counselor, Softball Coach, and Spanish Teacher at Catholic Schools of Broome County, and held residence management roles at Le Moyne College and Morrisville State College. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Spanish from Le Moyne College.
