Florencia Aguirre

Florencia Aguirre has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Florencia started their career at Consorcio as a Coordinadora de Proyecto, where they were responsible for managing, logistics and supply of 146 points of sale from Arica to Punta Arenas. Florencia then moved to Hilando Fino as a Responsable de Planificación Estratégica, where they were responsible for standardizing products, pricing strategies, technical specifications and defining the production process. Florencia also increased sales by 100% in their first year. In 2015, they worked at Aptus Chile as an Analista de Administración, Finanzas y Comunicaciones, where they were responsible for controlling the budget, expenses and rendering of all foundation events. Florencia then moved to Viajes Falabella as an Analista Senior de Control de Gestión and Analista de Control de Gestión, where they were responsible for analysis and monitoring of business profitability, as well as leading the annual budget process and quarterly forecast. In 2019, they joined Despegar as a Regional Strategic Planning Coordinator, where they were responsible for promoting and supporting the corporate strategy in the region, as well as implementing changes in the information flow due to the merger in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Argentina. Most recently, they joined Adquim as Chief of Finance and Strategic Planning, where they are responsible for key and transversal areas of the business such as treasury, supplier payments, accounting, management control, imports and people and HR climate development. Finally, they are currently working at Broota.com as a Chief Financial Officer.

Florencia Aguirre began their education in 2008 at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they earned their Bachillerato en Ciencias Naturales y Matemáticas degree in 2010. Florencia then continued their studies at the same university until 2013, earning an Ingeniera Comercial degree in Administración y gestión de empresas, general.
