Tomasz Kądziela

Tomasz K. is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership across various companies. Currently at OLX since February 2018, Tomasz has held multiple managerial roles, including Engineering Manager for Moderation and Scoring and Automation, overseeing the development and maintenance of internal systems, and combating malicious activities on the platform. Previous roles include Head of Engineering for the Seller Pillar and leading Monetization teams, where Tomasz facilitated technical migrations and service releases. Before OLX, Tomasz was involved with Glispa Global Group as an Engineering Lead and PHP Chapter Lead, and at nu3 GmbH as Head of Development, Acting CTO, and Scrum Master.
