Dr. Udo Bröskamp

Dr. Udo Bröskamp has vast experience in the consulting and financial services industry. Dr. Udo is the CEO and Founder of FineVest, a company they established in 2021. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of Schumpeter Ventures, a firm supporting early-stage startups with disruptive technologies. Dr. Bröskamp also founded Bröskamp Consulting GmbH in 2016, which focuses on strategy consulting, digital implementation, reorganization, and cyber security.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Dr. Bröskamp held senior positions at renowned consulting firms. Dr. Udo was a Member of the Management Board at Oliver Wyman, where they oversaw the set-up of transformation consulting for Europe. Dr. Udo led the Retail Banking, Health Science, Public Sector, and Digital and Data analytics departments during their tenure.

Dr. Bröskamp also worked at Roland Berger as the Global Head of Financial Services, responsible for banking and insurance activities worldwide. Dr. Udo played a key role in establishing the firm's presence in Sub-Saharan Africa by opening an office in Lagos, Nigeria.

Dr. Udo Bröskamp's education history begins in 1992 when they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a General Course in Economics. In 1994, they enrolled at ESCP Business School and studied Finance and Management for a year. From 1995 to 1996, Dr. Bröskamp pursued their Lizentiat degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at the University of St.Gallen. Dr. Udo continued their studies at the same university from 1996 to 2001, focusing on Wirtschaftswissenschaften, and eventually earned their Dr. oec. degree.
