Chi Phan

Chi Phan currently serves as the People & Culture Coordinator at Brotherhood of St Laurence since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing the Work and Learning team to support the organization's mission to eliminate poverty and promote social equity. Previous roles include Human Resources Assistant at Yooralla, providing generalist support within the HR team, and Administrative Assistant at Morwin Pty Ltd., coordinating schedules and administrative tasks. Chi Phan also has experience as Kitchen Manager and in customer service at Silks Catering & Events. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Design in Animation and Interactive Media, both from RMIT University.
