Jalpa Trivedi

Jalpa Trivedi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present day. Jalpa began their career as a Software Engineer at ICaliber, where they worked on the eCollab platform for the Life Sciences industry. Their responsibilities included developing and designing custom web controls, writing business and data access components, and providing solutions to clients within agreed-upon timelines.

After that, they joined Pactera Technology Limited as a Software Engineer. Here, they worked on Microsoft Platform Migration projects, utilizing technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript. Their role involved migrating existing software products and collaborating on the development of new ones.

In 2016, Jalpa joined Shanghai Wicresoft Co. Ltd. as a Software Support Engineer. Jalpa provided support for Microsoft Office online (O365), troubleshooting custom issues and creating PowerShell scripts to resolve them. Jalpa also assisted with O365 configuration, synchronization services, and user management.

Currently, Jalpa is the ICT Security, Risk & Compliance Lead at the Brotherhood of St Laurence. Their responsibilities include proactively managing identified risks and maintaining the required levels of security posture. Jalpa develops and delivers ICT security awareness training programs while also managing audit, compliance, and privacy activities.
