Layle Ward

Layle Ward currently serves as the Acting Head of Social Enterprises and has held roles including Retail Operations Manager and Volunteer Engagement Advisor at the Brotherhood of St Laurence since January 2022. Prior to this, Layle operated as the Volunteer Coordinator at Monash Health from January 2020 to January 2022, overseeing operational excellence and the development of the volunteer program. Layle's earlier experience includes being the Business Owner and Director of Bounce Hair Body Beauty from September 2002 to February 2018, where responsibilities encompassed leadership, employee relations, and strategic planning. Layle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies/International Studies from the University of New England, completed between 2012 and 2017.
