Mark Cox

Mark Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth programs and advocacy. Currently serving as the Practice Manager for Youth Programs at the Brotherhood of St Laurence since November 2015, Mark has also contributed as the Foyer Development Lead at the Foyer Foundation during a secondment in 2023-2024, focusing on expanding the impact of Youth Foyers in Australia. Previously, Mark held roles such as Youth Development Worker at Launch Housing, where an Advantaged Thinking approach was employed to support at-risk youth in Melbourne, and Youth Relationship Representative at World Vision Australia, managing fundraising relationships with over 50 schools. Internationally, Mark served as an Advocacy and Program Advisor in Malawi's Ministry of Education, gaining recognition as a finalist in the Commonwealth Education Good Practice Awards. Mark's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of International Relations from La Trobe University.
