Randolph Head

Randolph Head has extensive work experience in various roles related to risk management, strategic planning, and operations. Randolph has served as the Head of Risk at Brotherhood of St Laurence since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at World Vision where they held positions such as Director of Risk and Compliance, Director of Strategic Planning and Performance, and Head of Strategy & Operations at the Global Centre for Urban Programs. Before joining World Vision, Randolph worked as a Senior Management Consultant for EY, IBM Global Services, and e-Ci, where they undertook numerous domestic and international consulting assignments over a 14-year career. Randolph'sconsulting assignments covered a wide range of areas, including business transformation programs, strategic engagements, and IT projects.

Randolph Head earned a BSc. degree in Applied Computer Systems with First class honours from Brunel University (London). Randolph'sfield of study included Applied IT, business, law, and industrial psychology.
