Chiquita Savoy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in non-profit leadership and project coordination. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at BROTHERS Academy since January 2008, Chiquita has successfully driven strategic growth and operational excellence for a mentoring program focused on at-risk male youth in the DC-Maryland-Virginia area. In addition, Chiquita has held the role of Energy Industry Project Coordinator at Utility Advantage LLC since July 2022, overseeing project processes for Small Business and Combined Heat & Power Programs. Previous roles include positions at Sales Partnerships, Inc. and Bank of America as Relationship Manager, as well as Business Development Manager at Affinity4.
