Annie Watkins

Annie Watkins has extensive experience in customer retention and debt collection. As a Retention Supervisor at Spectrum from January 2019 to March 2024, Annie focused on maintaining and enhancing relationships with residential customers while supervising agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Annie worked at Americollect Inc from December 2011 to November 2017 as a Remote Debt Collection Specialist/Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and evaluating team performance. Annie holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Milwaukee Area Technical College and is currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design with a focus on Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
