Tim Colwart

Tim Colwart has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Mate Pilot at Broussard Brothers Inc since October 2019, where responsibilities include operating towing vessels near coastal and western rivers. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Tankerman and Deckhand at Enterprise Products from April 2018 to October 2019. Tim's maritime career began at Jade Marine Inc., where Tim served as Crew Boat Captain from November 2008 to April 2018. Earlier service in the US Navy from August 2000 to November 2008 included the role of First Class Petty Officer with a rating of Boatswains Mate. Tim Colwart is also a graduate of Sea School in Bayou La Batre, Alabama, completing studies in 2017.
