Victoria Theriot

Victoria Theriot is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the oil, gas, and pipeline industry, currently serving as General Counsel for both Broussard Brothers Inc. and Acadian Contractors, Inc. since April 2018. Prior roles include attorney at NeunerPate from August 2010 to April 2018, and various law clerk positions at Leake & Andersson, L.L.P., Taylor, Porter, Brooks & Phillips, and Seale Smith Zuber & Barnette. Victoria is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas, with a practice focused on commercial transactions, employment and labor law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation. Victoria holds a Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the same institution.
