Eileen Diaz

Eileen Diaz has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Manager of BAS Student Support at Broward College since January 2013, where responsibilities include implementing academic advising and supervising advising staff to ensure quality customer service for students. Previous roles at Broward College include Supervisor of Admissions & Registration, focusing on the hiring, training, and supervision of admissions staff, and Enrollment Services Officer, dedicated to recruiting students and managing recruitment events. Eileen's career began at the School Board of Broward County as a 2nd-grade teacher, where lesson planning and communication with parents and the community were emphasized. Eileen holds a Master’s of Science in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Florida Atlantic University.
