L. Nicole Wilson

L. Nicole Wilson, Ed. S, serves as a Workforce Development Community Specialist at Memorial Healthcare System since January 2025 and as a Student Success Coach at Broward College since July 2021. With a strong background in education, Wilson worked as a Grants & Curriculum Facilitator and Magnet Coordinator for Broward County Public Schools from July 2014 to January 2025, facilitating professional development workshops, implementing STEM grants, and building partnerships for various educational programs. Previous experience includes roles as a K-12 Education Advisor for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, a Guidance Counselor at American Heritage School, and a Career Counselor at Florida Atlantic University, where Wilson organized job fairs and implemented career support initiatives. Wilson holds an Ed.S in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services, a Master of Education, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, along with an Associate of Arts from Indian River State College.
