Rachael Christie

Rachael Christie is an experienced technology support professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Technology Support at Broward College since January 2020, after holding the position of Senior Specialist in Campus Technology from August 2014 to October 2019. Key achievements include implementing a network monitoring system, transitioning departmental applications for streamlined processes, and developing a paperless inventory system for the Computer Science Department. Rachael has a background in customer service from working as a Guest Service Attendant at Target and has held leadership responsibilities as a Leader in Training at Camp Live Oak. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and an Associate of Arts in Computer Science, both from Broward College.
