Tessa Lovell Warner, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tessa served as the Senior Lead Employee Relations Analyst at Broward College from 2013, where they interpreted college policies and regulations related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) matters. In addition, they acted as a liaison with external compliance agencies, facilitated open communication on employee relations issues, provided disciplinary guidance, and investigated employee complaints. Tessa also participated in union negotiations and monitored Title IX issues.
