Amy DeCelle currently serves as a Coaching and Induction professional at BCPS since August 2021, and as a Program Coordinator with Broward County Public Schools since August 2014, where responsibilities include program planning, data tracking, policy implementation, budget maintenance, and fostering partnerships. In addition, Amy chairs the Superintendent Advisory Board, advocating for positive change within the BCPS community. As a consultant for Advocating 4 Excellence and an advisor for the College Advisory Board at the University of Phoenix, Amy empowers future educators by enhancing curricula and sharing expertise in innovative teaching methods. With a firm commitment to mentorship, Amy has guided educators through the National Board certification process since 2004. Educational qualifications include a Fellowship in Leadership from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education, alongside certifications in teaching and technology management.
