Derek Tillman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Auditor and Confidential Office Manager at Broward County Public Schools since August 2014, Derek also holds the position of Director of Community Outreach at Obadiah, Inc. since July 2011. In addition, Derek serves as the Lead Pastor at Freedom Church Miami and is the President/CEO of The Vision Possible Company, both roles held since 2010 and 2005 respectively. Academically, Derek has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University and a Master of Arts in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary.
