Dr. Janae Duclos

Dr. Janae Duclos currently serves as a Board Member for the Autism Society of Florida and as CEO and Founder of C3ForMe, an organization focused on promoting equity and inclusion in special education. Dr. Duclos holds the position of Assistant in Research and Professor of Special Education at Florida State University, along with serving as Educational Program Director for the Bureau of Exceptional Student Education at the Florida Department of Education. Additional roles include District Transition Compliance Specialist and Adjunct Reading Professor at Florida A&M University Developmental Research School, as well as Support Facilitator and Reading Teacher at Broward County Public Schools. Dr. Duclos earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida A&M University, along with a Master's in Education for Intensive Interventions, an Autism Certificate from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Broward College.
