Dr. Lisa Milenkovic is an experienced STEM and Computer Science Supervisor for Broward County Schools since August 2011, advocating for Computer Science education in K-12 and serving as Principal Investigator for NSF Grants aimed at CS Education integration in Elementary. Previous roles include Science Staff Developer and District Trainer, focusing on instructional materials and assessments, and a K-5 Science teacher where notable achievements included the Teacher of the Year award in 2009 and the Best Buy Te@ch award of $10,000. Prior to these positions, Dr. Milenkovic owned Quality Automation Sciences, Inc., providing consultation and training in lab automation, and held academic positions at Barry University and the University of Miami, along with research experience at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. Dr. Milenkovic holds a Ph.D. in Analytical/Environmental Chemistry from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Miami.
