Elizabeth Anne Carr

Elizabeth Anne (Beth Anne) Carr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communications and education. Currently serving as Vice Chair on the School Advisory Council for Broward County Schools since 2011, Elizabeth has also held the position of elected Chair for seven years and Vice Chair for four years. As Vice President of Carr Communications Inc. since 1998, Elizabeth demonstrates extensive expertise in the field. Previous roles include Senior Technical Writer/Editor at Hyperion Software, Technical Writer at DataEase International, Editor at NEMA, and Messenger at the Supreme Court of the U.S. Academic achievements include a Certificate in Cyber Security from the University of Miami, a Certificate in Publications Specialist from The George Washington University, and a B.A. in Journalism from Penn State University.
