Les Luithle

Les Luithle serves as the AVP of Total Rewards at Broward Health since September 2019, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Prior roles include Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Columbus McKinnon from April 2017 to September 2019, and VP Compensation, Benefits, Payroll & HRIS - Americas at CEVA Logistics from November 2011 to July 2016. Les has also held positions such as Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at PNM Resources and VP of HR Operations, Systems and Outsourced Programs at CDI Corporation. Early in the career, Les was the VP of Consulting Services - HR Services at CDG & Associates and Sr. HR Business Analyst and Project Manager at Navy Federal Credit Union. Les holds a BA in Management from Park University, completed between 1982 and 1992.
