William E. Green

William E. Green has a robust background in health care administration, currently serving as Executive Director/Project Director at Broward Health since February 2020. Previously, William held the position of Health Care Services Administrator at the Broward County Human Services Department’s Community Partnership Division from November 2011 to February 2020, overseeing a $48 million health care budget and managing various health care initiatives, including the Ryan White Part A program. With extensive experience at the Broward County Government, William also served as Ryan White Part A Grantee and Health Care Services Administrator. William holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Florida State University.
