Cristy Kozla

Cristy Kozla has worked at Broward Regional Health Planning Council, Inc. since 2017. Cristy currently holds the position of Director of Health Insurance Premium Assistance Payments, where they are responsible for managing the Insurance Benefits Management program. This program supports over 8,000 clients and handles monthly premium payments of $10 million statewide. Cristy is also involved in developing processes and procedures to improve payment accuracy and prevent duplication errors. Previously, they served as the Health Insurance Premium Payment Manager and the Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist at the same company. Prior to joining Broward Regional Health Planning Council, Inc., Cristy worked as the SR/VPK Payment Manager at Broward Regional Health Planning Council from 2015 to 2017.

Cristy Kozla attended Flagler College from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on General Studies.
