Elsa Iovanella is a Sustainable Investing Specialist at Brown Advisory since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management and sustainability from previous roles at Brookfield Asset Management and Global Infrastructure Partners. Elsa's career spans over a decade, starting at KKR & Co. Inc. as a Senior Client Services Coordinator. Prior to entering the finance industry, Elsa held positions in development and program coordination at the American-Italian Cancer Foundation and was involved in English language instruction. Elsa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Italian and Childhood Studies from the College of the Holy Cross and furthered studies in Italian language, literature, and culture at both NYU School of Professional Studies and Università degli Studi di Firenze.
