Angela MacKinnon, PE, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the water and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Area Director at Brown and Caldwell, Angela oversees operations in Northern California and Northern Nevada, focusing on sustained growth. Previously, as Vice President and Water Business Group Manager at HDR, responsibilities included managing client relations and financial performance for the Nevada and Utah regions. Angela's career began at MWH Global, where roles evolved from Project Manager to Business and Project Management Leader, overseeing a significant portfolio of projects across the Western and Southwestern United States. Angela holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Idaho State University, complemented by a Finance Certificate.
