Carl McDonald

Carl McDonald, PE, is a Senior Principal in Water Resources at Brown and Caldwell, a position held since January 2008. McDonald served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from October 2017 to December 2021. Prior experience includes work as a Project Engineer at S&ME, Inc. from August 2003 to January 2008, and as a Survey and Photogrammetry Technician at Sanborn from December 2000 to August 2003. McDonald holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering obtained from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2008 and 2010, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed from 2001 to 2004.
