Edgardo Garcia-Luna

Edgardo Garcia-Luna, PE, PMP, currently serves as Operations & Office Leader/Client Services Manager at Brown and Caldwell since February 2024. Previously, Edgardo held the role of Sr. Project Manager at CDM Smith Inc. from September 2018 to January 2024, and served as Project Manager at Lochrane Engineering from September 2016 to September 2018, at JBrown Professional Group Inc. from August 2013 to July 2016, and at Gregory L. Moris Engineering COOP from April 2011 to August 2013. Edgardo has extensive experience in project development, multi-discipline team coordination, and managing civil engineering projects and teams, with a strong focus on client relationships and quality assurance. Edgardo's earlier career includes positions as Senior Project Engineer at HDR, contributing to significant projects such as the Sacramento River East Levee Improvements, and as Project Engineer at URS Corporation, involved in the Fajardo Regional Wastewater Treatment and Collection System Design-Build in Puerto Rico. Edgardo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus.
