Eli Tilen

Eli Tilen is a seasoned professional in the field of environmental engineering with extensive experience at Brown and Caldwell, where Tilen has held multiple leadership roles since August 2004, including Senior Vice President of Design Services Enterprise Unit Manager, Environmental Engineer, Design Delivery Leader, and Process Mechanical National Discipline Lead. Prior to this, Tilen served as a Senior Researcher at Florida International University's Applied Research Center from January 2004 to August 2004 and as an Environmental Technician at Armor Inspection Services in 2003. Tilen holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Florida International University (2003-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico (1997-2002).
