Elizabeth Minyard

Elizabeth Minyard, DBIA, CRL, is a Senior Director and Collaborative Delivery Owner Advisor at Brown and Caldwell, based in the Denver, Colorado office since October 2017. A DBIA certified professional, Elizabeth specializes in owner advisory roles for design-build and other collaborative delivery methods, supporting client goals for project development and implementation. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at CH2M HILL from 1998 to 2017, where Elizabeth focused on business development, sales management, and strategic consulting, particularly in alternative delivery methods. Earlier career positions include work as a Communications and Marketing Manager at SyVox and a Proposal Manager at Johnson Controls.
