James Ball

James Ball, P.E., PMP, DBIA is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director at Brown and Caldwell since January 2021, James is responsible for overseeing Design for Design-Build projects nationally and advising owners on collaborative delivery projects. Previous positions include Operations Manager at MWH Constructors, Construction Executive and Project Director at PC Construction Company, and Senior Project Manager at The Walsh Group. James has a solid foundation in civil engineering, holding both a Master’s degree in Structures & Foundations and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Notable projects include significant work in advanced wastewater treatment facilities and substantial infrastructure development.
