Jerry Maffia

Jerry Maffia is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director at Project Management Advisors, Inc., since July 2021, following the acquisition of LPE Management Services LLC, where Maffia was Project Executive. With extensive experience leading complex projects in Healthcare, Life Science, Higher Education, and Commercial sectors across the New York/New Jersey region, Maffia also held various roles in academia, including Adjunct Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology and NYU. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company, LPCiminelli, Columbia University, Structure Tone Inc., Mc Gowan Builders, and Turner Construction. Maffia holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The City College of New York, a Certificate in Construction Management from New York University, and an Associate of Science in Architecture from The College of Staten Island.
