Kelley Elsea

Kelley Elsea is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth for the Private Sector Business Unit at Brown and Caldwell since July 2013, Kelley has held various positions within the company, including Growth Director and Senior Regional Marketing Director. Prior to joining Brown and Caldwell, Kelley was the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Industrial Projects Consulting and Business Development Manager at McKinstry. Kelley began a career in marketing as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Pacific Construction Management, which was later acquired by McKinstry. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona and attended The University of Texas at Austin.
