Leo Rodgers

Leo Rodgers, P.E. is an experienced professional in the engineering field, currently serving as the Automation Portfolio Discipline Lead and Senior Automation Engineer at Brown and Caldwell since August 2021. Prior to this role, Leo spent a decade at Technical Systems Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, specializing in the water and waste-water industry by creating bills of materials and selecting instrumentation that aligns with client specifications. Earlier in their career, Leo worked as an Electrical Engineer at PaR Nuclear, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company, where responsibilities included designing motor control circuits and safety systems in accordance with nuclear regulatory standards. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University and is a Washington State Engineer-in-Training since 2007.
