Manon Fisher

Manon Fisher is an experienced Utility Strategy and Performance Consultant at Brown and Caldwell since January 2022, specializing in supporting clients with strategic initiatives and policy frameworks. Prior to this role, Manon held various positions at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission from August 2013 to September 2021, including Acting Business Strategy and Performance Manager, where oversight was provided for a $400M annual operating budget and strategic planning initiatives. As a Performance Optimization Specialist, Manon advanced operational solutions and chaired the Asset Management Steering Committee. Previous roles also included Resource Recovery Specialist and Resource Recovery Analyst, focusing on environmental projects and collaboration on renewable energy and sustainability.
