Paul Selsky, PE, has extensive experience in the field of environmental engineering, currently serving as a Fellow, Vice President, and Area Water Resources Leader at Brown and Caldwell since October 1986, where numerous projects have been managed. In addition, Paul Selsky has held an elected director position at the Carmichael Water District since December 1996. Prior to this, Paul Selsky worked as a project engineer at Nelson Engineering in Jackson, Wyoming, from November 1976 to October 1986. Early career experiences include roles as a student civil engineer with the National Park Service and the Virginia Highway Research Council in 1975 and 1974, respectively, as well as a volunteer position at NASA in 1970. Paul Selsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia, earned between 1972 and 1976, and graduated from The International School Nido de Aguilas in 1971.
