Rachel Mitzlaff

Rachel Mitzlaff is an accomplished Graphic Design Supervisor at Brown and Caldwell, where since June 2015, leadership of the creative team and maintenance of a client-focused brand culture have been primary responsibilities. With a background as a Senior Graphic Designer at the same company, Rachel completed over 30 annual pursuits including key strategic projects. Previous experience includes positions as a Graphic Designer at organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Merrill Corporation, and Molina Healthcare, where Rachel consistently delivered high-quality marketing materials and collaborated effectively with teams. Rachel holds a BFA in Visual Communication Design from Eastern Washington University, completed in 2011, and has a foundational experience from roles in customer service and event graphic design.
