Randy Mills

Randy Mills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and management. Currently serving as the Desert Area Electrical Manager and Senior Manager at Brown and Caldwell Engineering since December 2017, Randy Mills leads the Electrical Process Automation Services (EPAS) Group while ensuring adherence to business objectives and client satisfaction. Randy Mills has been with Brown and Caldwell since February 2006, previously working as a Principal Construction Engineer and Field Services Supervisor, overseeing all Electrical Inspection Services in the Phoenix office. Prior to this, Randy Mills held the position of I&C Lead Technician at the City of Phoenix, managing I&C Technicians and coordinating maintenance for the Water Department. Educational achievements include an MBA with a Project Management Certification, a PMP Project Management Certification, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, alongside a Journeyman Electrician designation from an I.B.E.W. apprenticeship.
