Tracy Ekola

Tracy Ekola is an accomplished professional engineer with extensive experience in executive leadership in the water and wastewater sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Brown and Caldwell since 2021, Tracy is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Water Environment Federation since October 2023. Tracy worked at Hazen and Sawyer as the Midwest Utility Management Leader and Operations Manager from 2020 to 2021, and dedicated two decades to SEH in various leadership roles, including Vice President and Regional Leader for their largest/Central business unit. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, completion of an Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University, and pursuing a Master’s of Divinity with a focus on Leadership and Innovation at Luther Seminary.
