William Rynne

William Rynne, CSP, currently serves as an Environmental Health and Safety Officer at Brown and Caldwell since December 2020, focusing on the NYC DEP City Water Tunnel No. 3 construction project in Queens and Brooklyn, NY. Prior to this role, William worked as a Construction Safety Coordinator at Jacobs from November 2017 to December 2020, managing safety for high-level sewage pump improvements and water meter replacements at JFK Airport in Brooklyn and Queens, respectively. William's career began as a Safety Intern at Daniel O'Connell's Sons in June 2015, where responsibilities included conducting safety orientations, site walk-throughs, and audits. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety and Occupational Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College, earned between 2012 and 2015.
