Ciara Lynch Assoc CIPD is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP of Human Resources for Ireland and the UK at Brown Bag Films since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ciara held the position of Head of Human Resources for Ireland and the UK at Sims IVF, part of the Virtus Health Group, from November 2022 to September 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Abbey Theatre from March 2018 to November 2022, Senior Human Resources Manager at Depaul (Ireland) from April 2016 to March 2018, Human Resources Manager at Dalata Hotel Group for a brief period in 2016, and Cluster Human Resources Manager at Jurys Inns Group Ltd from January 2012 to December 2015. Ciara began a career in human resources at Tesco Ireland, where roles included Human Resources Manager and Group Employee Relations Manager from May 2004 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Applied Employment Law from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, a CPD Diploma in Mediation from TU Dublin, and a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
