Rose Davidson

Rose Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rose is currently working as the Director of Team Resources - HRIS at Brown & Brown Insurance since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HRIS Change Management at the same company. Rose has also worked at TopBuild as the Senior Manager HRIS & HR Operations and Manager of HRIS & HR Administration. Rose has experience in the healthcare industry as the HRIS Manager at Orlando Health and Senior HR Information Systems Analyst. Additionally, Rose has held positions at Siemens as the Team Lead for Canada HRS processing team, LBi Software Engineering as the Director of Business Services/Quality Assurance Officer, AXA Equitable as a Consultant, and Major League Baseball as a Consulting Project Manager.
