Simon Alden

Simon Alden is a Chartered Surveyor and Rural Property Adviser who attended the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988 and becoming a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1992. They are a RICS Registered Valuer and act as an Expert Witness, advising clients across Southern England for nearly thirty years on various property-related matters. Simon runs their own family property business, encompassing farming interests, residential lets, and a multi-tenanted office park. Currently, Simon serves as the President of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and is a partner at Brown&Co LLP. Their specialist areas include Property Agency, Planning & Development, Corporate & Private Client Valuations, and Expert Witness services.
