Conrad Dias

Conrad Dias is the current Group CIO of LOLC Group at Brown & Company. Prior to this, they were with Fina Trust Microfinance Bank, LOLC (Cambodia) Plc., PickMe (Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka (PVT) Ltd), LOLC Holdings PLC, LOLC Technologies Limited, and Hirdaramani Group.

Conrad has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Conrad started their career in March 1999 as Assistant Vice President /Director General Manager with Vanik Incorporations Limited and then joined the Hirdaramani Group in September 2001 as their Group CIO. Conrad was with the Hirdaramani Group for over 4 years before moving on to iPay.lk in 2006. Conrad then joined LOLC Myanmar Limited in 2009. In 2012, they moved back to Sri Lanka to take on the role of Head of Information Technology at LOLC Holdings PLC. Conrad was promoted to LOLC Group CIO in 2016 and currently holds that position.

Conrad Dias has a MBA in IT Management from the University of Leicester, a BCS in Information Technology from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, a certification in Design Thinking for Business Innovation from Coursera, and a certification in Gamification from Coursera.

Conrad Dias works with Wasantha Batagoda - Deputy GM, Legal, Niyas Ahamed - Deputy GM, Agriculture, and Gayani Gunasinghe - Assistant GM, Business Process Division. Conrad Dias reports to Thamotharampillai Sanakan, Group CEO & CFO.
