Susaan Bandara is the current Chief Officer of Marketing & Communications at LOLC Group at Brown & Company. Susaan has over 14 years of experience in the marketing field, having worked as the Head of MARCOM at LOLC and Head of International Marketing at The Finance Company PLC. Lanka ORIX Leasing Company PLC was their first job in marketing where they worked as the Asst. General Manager Marketing for over 5 years.

Susaan Bandara has a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a degree in Commerce and Accounts from St. Peter's College in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Susaan also has a certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) in DipMCIM.

They work with Milinda Nawaratne - Head Heavy Machinery Division, Anoj Munidasa - Director & GM, Browns Thermal Engineering Pvt Ltd, and Sanjaya Nissankage - Cluster COO, Agriculture & Heavy Machinery. Their manager is Thamotharampillai Sanakan, Group CEO & CFO.
