Jeffrey Swartz

Jeffrey Swartz is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and supervision. Currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at Brown Construction, Inc. since January 2022, Jeffrey previously held the roles of Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager at Alan Ives Construction from August 2017 to January 2022. Additional experience includes Renovation Supervisor at American Home Builders, Project Manager at Residential Management Group, Assistant Property Manager at King Properties Inc., and Roofer/Foreman at Scro's Roofing. Jeffrey began a career in marketing as a Student Marketer with Sodexo while also serving as a Video Analyst for the Bethel College basketball team. An alumnus of Bethel College, Jeffrey earned a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and International Business.
