Jill Campbell

Jill Campbell, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and executive compensation, currently serving as Senior Manager of Executive Compensation at Brown-Forman since February 2019. In this role, Jill leads global equity administration and prepares materials for the Board, while also managing Director and Executive-level equity programs. Previous positions at Brown-Forman included Total Rewards Manager for the U.S. and Canada and Executive Compensation Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Galls, LLC as Sr. HR Generalist/Benefits Administrator and at Thomas & King as Senior Benefits Coordinator, among others. Jill holds a BA in Corporate Communications from the University of Kentucky.
