Melissa Lowe is an accomplished human resources professional with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as SVP and Director of Human Resources for Global Supply Chain & Technology at Brown-Forman since October 2012, Melissa has held multiple senior HR roles within the company, focusing on diverse sectors such as global finance, travel retail, and marketing. Prior to Brown-Forman, Melissa held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Spalding University, where responsibilities included strategic planning, human capital management, and legal affairs. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources & Quality Assurance at Management Cleaning Controls, LLC. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bellarmine University and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
